A Christmas message from Brett

As we wrap up for 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the incredible achievements of our division. This year, we’ve mobilised over 2117 people across four projects, showcasing our ability to meet complex challenges and deliver exceptional results for our customers. The strength of our team and the commitment to excellence have been key to making this year a success. 

Some of the standout highlights include the successful completion of major projects such as Kathleen Valley and a safe close out of the Albemarle Project. We have ongoing works at Chemical Grade Plant 3 (CGP3) and new project awards at Prominent Hill and Pluto Train 1, that have capped off a fantastic year and set us up for another busy and rewarding 2025 with works in hand. 

As we enter the holiday season, it’s important to remember that this is a higher-risk period, with the distractions of summer and year-end activities increasing the likelihood of complacency. The Finishing Strong, Starting Stronger safety campaign is a timely reminder to stay focused, look out for each other, and prioritise safety both at work and at home. Our goal is for everyone to finish the year safely and return refreshed for the exciting opportunities ahead in the new year. 

For everyone heading into a well-deserved Christmas break, I hope you take this time to recharge and enjoy quality moments with family and friends. It’s a chance to celebrate your hard work, reflect on the year’s successes, and come back ready for the opportunities ahead.
