Last week, the EC Recruitment team was awarded the EC Teamwork Baton for their outstanding efforts in blue- and white-collar recruitment on the Western Range Project. The award was presented by Executive General Manager, EC, Adam Cook and General Manager Projects, Brett Waters, who acknowledged the team for their dedication, perseverance, and exceptional teamwork that enabled them to achieve their targets.

The EC Recruitment team plays a critical role in Monadelphous' project success, often working under tight deadlines to source and engage key personnel. In the last financial year alone, the team successfully filled over 3,300 positions, averaging an impressive 275 hires each month. This achievement speaks to their ability to deliver under pressure, consistently rising to meet what often seem like impossible demands.

Their unwavering commitment has given our projects the confidence that their staffing needs will be met with the best available talent. The team’s proactive approach includes regular visits to project sites, where they engage with the workforce, sharing details of upcoming opportunities and ensuring that our people are prioritised for placement whenever possible. This ongoing effort helps secure continuity of work for our teams and contributes significantly to the overall success of Monadelphous' operations.

Through their teamwork, dedication, and a shared goal of achieving excellence, the EC Recruitment team has proven to be an indispensable asset to our projects. Their efforts ensure that each project is resourced with the personnel required to drive successful outcomes and deliver what we promise to our customers.

Congratulations to the EC Recruitment team for this well-deserved recognition and for their remarkable contribution to the Western Range Project!
