Welcome to The Resilience Project - Digital Wellbeing Series.
Back in June, we hosted a live webinar with world-renowned The Resilience Project. Following this popular session, we are pleased to share their digital series - eight short videos covering the key factors of wellbeing and happiness, and its free to access for all Monadelphous employees and their families.
The videos are designed to be watched one at a time, taking a few days to trial out in your daily life and see if you’d find it helpful to incorporate into your routine. All the videos are available from the beginning, so you can choose the topics that feel most relevant at any given time.
Each month, we will share a news article focusing on one video topic and highlight the research and accessible ways that you can practice in everyday life.
