EC Projects Estimating Team recognised for outstanding teamwork

The EC Teamwork Baton for February was awarded to the EC Projects Estimating Team for their exceptional collaboration and dedication.

The team worked tirelessly over the Christmas break and into the new year in order to meet tight deadlines, contributing extended hours, and helping to secure a decisive win rate for 2024.

This achievement reflects the efforts of 70 individuals from across the business who came together to support 14 key submissions.

Their combined contributions were critical to the submissions of significant SMPE&I and HV packages, as well as new project packages for some of our key customers.

Enormous effort from the team went into submissions that represent major milestones, as important business targets, and demonstrated the power of teamwork. 

With over $1.32 billion worth of tenders submitted, this effort highlights the incredible results that can be achieved through collaboration and perseverance.
