Hard work, prioritising safety, keeping open lines of communication and a willingness to go above and beyond saw Dakota and Tasha, our Heavy Lift Riggers, recognised with some outstanding feedback from Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) during the Kings Valley shutdown.
This acknowledgement of hard work came from their ability to complete all tasks safely and efficiently, whist maintaining a constant line of open communication. This work ethic has a crucial part to play in the team achieving great results as a whole.
“The teamwork and willingness to go above and beyond displayed is commendable. They approached all hurdles with a positive attitude. At every stage taking ownership to find an effective solution to assist the team in accomplishing their goals.
All tasks carried out were completed thoroughly and with accuracy, consistently producing high quality results and avoiding careless mistakes.
Dakota and Tasha, again thank you both for going the extra mile!” shared FMG.
Dakota, who has only recently started as part of our crane operator traineeship, along with Tasha have made quite the impression on their team.
“This is the fantastic feedback we love to hear. Well done to Dakota and Tasha for going above and beyond. It’s also important to recognise the team on site for providing a supportive work environment that’s conducive to everyone succeeding in their roles. To me, this is what success look like,” said Lorna Rechichi, General Manager Heavy Lift.
Well done to the team on site for another successful shutdown.
