The Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA’s Women in Resources Awards 2024 were held in Perth with a crowd of more than 1000 people in attendance our Crane Operations Pathway Traineeship Program was announced as the winner of the Outstanding Company Initiative Award.

We take immense pride at Monadelphous in watching our people succeed, which is at the very core of the success of our career pathways programs, and I am delighted to see the team recognised as industry leaders for their work in upskilling Indigenous and female trainees.

Within our workforce, we are committed to developing and educating our people to foster a strong understanding of the value that gender diversity and inclusion brings to our business.

The Crane Operations Pathway Traineeship Program is an initiative developed from our GD&I plan as a commitment to improve opportunities for women to enter into trade roles. I’m pleased to see the program make a real difference and help Monadelphous foster an inclusive environment across the business.

The team has worked tirelessly and remained committed to the program to support all of our trainees to succeed, it’s the drive and determination of the team which has made this such a success.

A big congratulations to our Heavy Lift team for their exceptional leadership and commitment in
developing this impactful program.

Take the opportunity to have a look at the photos, a great night for those in attendance!
