The Crane Operations Pathway Traineeship Program is an initiative developed from our GD&I plan as a commitment to improve opportunities for women to enter into trade roles. I’m pleased to see the program make a real difference and help Monadelphous foster an inclusive environment across the business.  The team has worked tirelessly and remained committed to the program to support all of our trainees to succeed, it’s the drive and determination of the team which has made this such a success. A big congratulations to our Heavy Lift team for their exceptional leadership and commitment in  developing this impactful program.
