Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Welcome to this month’s edition of Ramp Up.

As we reach the half-way point of the year and are going through our annual strategic planning processes, it is the ideal time to reflect on the year so far, including the challenges we have faced and the milestones we have reached together. A great achievement has been the successful shutdowns both onshore and offshore, despite the reduced availability of people and the impacts of Covid. Well done to everyone involved in the shutdowns for your efforts and dedication.

Every one of you contribute to the strong performance of our business so I want to thank you for your ongoing commitment and teamwork.  We have a significant pipeline of work for the year ahead and will remain focused on strengthening our reputation for consistently delivering great outcomes for our customers.

Our Oil and Gas rewards and recognition program, Mono’s Moment, was designed to celebrate successes and give our team members acknowledgement for going above and beyond. As 2022 has been challenging for many people, it really highlights to me the importance of ensuring that we take the time to recognise our team mates for their efforts. When we launched Mono’s Moment last year, it was great to see people taking the time to nominate others so I encourage you to continue to do this.

A Mono’s Moment is a behaviour or action that demonstrates one of our core values, which are: Teamwork, Integrity, Safety and Wellbeing, Achievement. You can nominate someone for something big or small, either at work or outside of work, that aligns to these values. The program runs continuously so please look out for a “Mono’s Moment” and take two minutes to nominate. You can read more about the program in this edition of Ramp Up.

Also in this edition meet Paint and Blast Supervisor Lee Clark, learn about the origins of the Monadelphous name and read about our recent work on delivering tank refurbishments.

Until next time, please stay safe.

Doug.
