They act as our “eyes and ears”, as they are at the frontline supporting our teams to ensure our safety standards are upheld.   They play a very valuable role in representing our team members and helping to connect everyone with learnings and best practise, while being approachable for people looking for advice and support in relation to health and safety matters.   There was a great turnout at our Perth HSER forums in November, which featured a range of speakers discussing topics from safety leadership and performance to mental health and wellness.     Thank you to all of our HSERs who give their time to represent their peers and continue to drive and maintain our strong safety culture. ![Leading our safety culture](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/Leading%20our%20safety%20culture.png?width=500&height=282&name=Leading%20our%20safety%20culture.png) ## Leave a comment Previous Post Refurbishing dolphins at Gove Next Post A message from Doug Macintyre, Nov '22 ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Ramp%20Up%20November%20Website4.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/safer-together) [Safety](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/tag/safety) 1 Min Read ### [Safer Together](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/ramp-up/safer-together) Earlier this month, our Health, Safety, and Environment Representatives (HSERs) brought their expertise to ...
