Leading our safety culture

In recent months, our Health, Safety and Environment Representatives (HSERs) have been extra busy, from attending the Safer Together Forum in Darwin to our recent HSER Forums in Perth.  

HSERs are critical to embedding the Monadelphous safety culture and driving safety improvements across the business. They act as our “eyes and ears”, as they are at the frontline supporting our teams to ensure our safety standards are upheld.  

They play a very valuable role in representing our team members and helping to connect everyone with learnings and best practise, while being approachable for people looking for advice and support in relation to health and safety matters.  

There was a great turnout at our Perth HSER forums in November, which featured a range of speakers discussing topics from safety leadership and performance to mental health and wellness.
