The year that was for the Teamwork Baton

In 2018, we launched the M&IS Teamwork Baton to acknowledge and celebrate teamwork across the Maintenance and Industrial Services​ division. Since then, the baton has travelled the globe 47 times in recognition of groups of people who work collaboratively to achieve success.

Teamwork is one of our core values at Monadelphous, an essential part of how we work every day, helping us to deliver consistently to the high standard we are known for.

The baton is a reminder for all of us we will always be more successful working as a collective rather than individuals.
