Since returning 10 years ago, I’ve been a project administrator, site administrator, labour coordinator, an administration coordinator, personal assistant, business analyst and now team leader. **What do you enjoy about your current role?** I enjoy working with great people, those directly in my immediate team and in the different BUs and divisions, some of who I've worked alongside my entire time here. I appreciate the variety of work I do, the ability to implement new initiatives, and to provide opportunities for improvement. I enjoy knowing that what I am doing, either directly or indirectly supports our teams on-site who are executing the work that essentially keeps me in a job. **What career advice would you give to someone just starting their career at Monadelphous?** Learn from those around you, work hard and prove yourself. Be open minded to new opportunities and don’t be afraid to voice your ideas – you might just be onto something! **Tell us something people at Monadelphous might not know about you?** Before I came back to Monadelphous for the 2nd time, I was accepted into doing my flight attendant training. Luckily, I got offered a job to come back here because I don’t really think I’d have done well at maintaining a calm professional level of customer service 100% of the time! ![The Fix March Blog3](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/The%20Fix%20March%20Blog3.jpg?width=600&height=338&name=The%20Fix%20March%20Blog3.jpg)   ## Leave a comment Previous Post Small Grants Boost Grassroots Clubs Next Post Maintenance at Cape Lambert – Excellence in contract delivery ## Recommended For You [![](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/hubfs/Blog_TheFix_May3.jpg)](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/jos-15-year-monos-adventure) [People](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/tag/people) 1 Min Read ### [Jo’s 15-Year Monos Adventure](https://news.monadelphous.com.au/the-fix/jos-15-year-monos-adventure) After 15 years with Monadelphous, Jo has seen plenty of change—but one thing has remained constant: the ...
