Seamus, who has recently taken on a leadership role in the project space, has shown an incredible ability to embrace change and lead by example. His dedication to self-development and safety is truly inspiring, especially in his work with Fatal Risk Control Verifications and Safety Interactions. Seamus’s positive attitude and commitment to learning have not only propelled him forward but also had a tremendous impact on his team. His efforts to help others and always be solution-focused make him a well-deserved winner of this award!

Dan, recently promoted to Superintendent at our Tom Price branch, is known for his unwavering commitment to safety and continuous improvement. His innovative mindset has been key in several important initiatives, including the Nammuldi Dilution Water project, where his contributions helped secure the Managing Director’s Safety Innovation Award. From designing span beams that boost safety on-site to refining the use of personal fall limiters, Dan’s proactive approach keeps raising the bar. His leadership and dedication to both his team and Monadelphous have rightfully earned him this accolade!
