End of year wrap up

As 2024 draws to a close, I wanted to take the time to reflect on another busy and successful year at Monadelphous.  

From unveiling our largest ever crane and celebrating the opening of our Gap Ridge facility, to securing major long-term maintenance and significant new construction contracts, it’s been another big year of achievements.  Importantly, we’ve delivered our work safely, because The Safe Way is the Only Way we work. 

What better way to celebrate these achievements than by hearing about some of the highlights from members of our team.  Thanks to everyone who took part in our end of year video – you can check it out below.  

2025 is going to be another big one, and I’m looking forward to delivering what we’ve promised together in the year ahead. 

For now, I encourage you to take some well-earned time out with the important people in your lives and thank you for another enormous effort this year. However, not everyone will be home this Christmas – I'd like to extend a special thanks to those of you working over the holiday period.
