After 15 years with Monadelphous, Jo has seen plenty of change—but one thing has remained constant: the friendships she’s built along the way.

Jo joined Monos in December 2009, starting in the Applecross office as a Shared Administration Assistant in the M&IS Division.

As the workload grew, so did her role, giving her the opportunity to step into full-time Project Administration—a path she’s never looked back from.

Now based at the Vic Park office, she’s worked on countless projects, and her career has included significant work in multiple locations.

“I’ve always worked in the M&IS Division and have been involved in so many projects over the years,” Jo said.

From coastal and inland sites to structural integrity work and, more recently, the East Pilbara Projects, Jo has helped keep things running smoothly across multiple sites.

But it’s not just the work that’s kept her here—it’s the people. Jo said the team environment has made her time at Monos truly special, and she’s grateful for the support she’s received throughout her career.

“I’ve been so lucky to work alongside great people, many of whom have become good friends,” she said.

That support has been especially important as she balances work and family life. With three maternity leaves under her belt and a household that’s always on the go—whether it’s basketball, cricket, ballet, or netball—Jo has appreciated Monos’ flexibility in helping her navigate different stages of life.

“MMNW was incredibly accommodating when I returned from maternity leave and managed my work-life balance. I’m so grateful for that,” she said.

Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her three children, Harry, Ryley, and Lucy. This year, she is embarking on a new adventure as her eldest starts high school.

When she gets the chance, she loves coffee, chocolate, movies, and squeezing in a Pilates session.

Looking ahead, she’s genuinely happy in her Project Administrator role and is taking things as they come, seeing what the future holds as her children grow older.
