Our rewards and recognition program for Mining and Minerals North-West Region, Mono’s Moment, is all about celebrating our team members who go the extra mile and demonstrate one or more of our core values.

This program will run all year round so you’re encouraged to nominate throughout the year. Nominations will then be submitted to the leadership team for consideration. Individuals and teams will be recognised for their outstanding contributions in various ways including awards and prizes.

If you see a ‘Mono’s Moment’ you can take two minutes to nominate a team or team member. It can be for something big, small, at work or outside of work – the only requirement is that there is a clear link to one (or more) of the Monadelphous values as outlined below:
