This year your teams have worked tirelessly to nominate Monadelphous for targeted industry awards. As a result, Monadelphous has been successfully shortlisted for several of these, with seven wins to date. Well done to all of our winners!
We've submitted 30 award nominations, with 19 resulting in finalist selection and several still to be announced. We've summarised our award nominations and wins below:

- Weld Australia, Welding Excellence Awards Victoria & Tasmania, Project of the Year. BMC Victoria is nominated for delivering a critical piping package to its customer's gas plant, and developing an innovative welding procedure that significantly reduced the fabrication timeline.
- Nudge Ripple Effect Award, Melchor - employer that supports and inspires a whole team approach to uplifting human potential, encourages cultural growth and change, and demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement (Awards held 13 November).
- Nudge Young Achiever Award, Melchor trainee, Lou-Anna Cross for demonstrated commitment and a passion in completing the traineeship while overcoming challenges and barriers to achieving their goals (Awards held 13 November).
- CMEWA Women in Resources Awards 2025, Kylie Brown, a Superintendent in our Heavy Lift Team, has been selected as a finalist in the Outstanding Operator/Technician/Trade woman Award category from a total of 83 outstanding nominations (Awards held 13 February).
