Talking careers with the next generation in Tom Price

Our teams from Karratha, Perth and Tom Price joined forces to inspire local students and jobseekers at the Tom Price Careers Fair in August.   

Monadelphous was amongst 15 other exhibitors set up at the Tom Price Senior High School to talk to local high school students and answer their questions about potential career options and pathways.  

We heard from many of the students who already had great insight into the types of roles that are in demand now within the resources sector and about what they are considering as future careers.    

The local community was also out in force on the day and we enjoyed connecting with local organisations and community members about careers and community engagement activity. 

The expo showcased a range of careers in an engaging way for all ages across a range of industries from health care and beauty, to mining and construction, to emergency services, complete with activations, recruitment advice and interactive activities.  

The event was a great opportunity to connect with the local community, inspire the next generation and promote our local operations.
