Leadership Updates
2 Minute Read
Hi Everyone,

Welcome to another edition of the Insider, in which we share news from around Monadelphous and available job opportunities.

It’s been a busy few months for us all at Monadelphous, with a number of exciting contracts secured and plenty of employee events, community partnerships and progress in our diversity and environmental plans.

I’m pleased to share that we’re working to make our onboarding experience a more personal one. We asked our recruitment team to share a little about themselves, their favourite Monos’ moments and how you can excel through the application process with us.

Get to know a bit more about our recruitment team members and learn more about what your recruitment team members had to say.

Meet your recruiters!

We’re pleased to announce

  • We strengthened our long-term relationship with Rio Tinto securing contracts for the provision of shutdown and miscellaneous works at the Western Range Project in Paraburdoo, as well as for the construction of a portable water distribution system at the Hope Downs 4 iron ore mine north of Newman
  • In Papua New Guinea, we have been awarded a three-year contract to continue providing sustaining capital projects and maintenance support activities at Newmont’s gold operations at Lihir Island, where we have been providing services since 2017.
  • On the east coast, we have secured a three-year contract to continue providing rope access and associated services for Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal at Hay Point, Queensland
