This month, we took the podcast on the road for the first time and went back to where it all began – the Goldfields.

I caught up with Area Manager Luke Ryan and Project Manager Jason Parslow about what the team has been up to and what's next. 

Kalgoorlie holds a special place in Monadelphous history. It was the first branch outside of our original Welshpool workshop back in 1972, and it's where many of our people kicked off their careers with Monos'.

We were one of the first labour hire companies to enter the Goldfields, and over the decades, we've remained a proud part of the local community.

Luke and Jason, who between them have clocked up an impressive 30 years with the business, reflected on how far things have come.
