While our society has come a long way since these times, we know there is still progress to be made to support women in our industries, from accessible entry into trades and leadership positions to ensuring safe and inclusive workplaces for people of all genders, backgrounds and experiences.   In alignment with our Gender Diversity and Inclusion (GD&I) Plan, International Women’s Day is a key event in our Company calendar, acknowledged with a range of activities throughout the week.   In our Perth office, it was standing room only in the lunchroom for our panel discussion, where four employee panellists shared their experiences and advice on inclusion in the workplace. The team learnt about the work of 4Voices in supporting women through tough times, fostering connections and creating possibilities. In the spirit of giving back, our Leading Ladies group organised a clothes drive for Dress for Success, a charity that empowers women to achieve economic independence.
