Check out some of our great nominations for some inspiration and click here to get nominated - it only takes a few minutes to fill out the form and make someones day!

Eduardo Orden – Mechanic, Custom Fleet

Spotted issues with new equipment during pre-start checks, tagging out of service and notifying customer.

Mark O'Keeffe – Senior Electrical Operator, KMK

Successfully implemented critical control system changes off his own back to take future pressure off his team during start up activities.

Nader Zoghbi – Project Engineer, Kalgoorlie

Use of the stop work authority when a customer representative expected the team to work on a live piece of equipment with an explosion risk associated.

Tiarn Minutillo – Labour Coordinator, WFM

Commended for being a real team player and ensuring her team is set up for success, including training team members, by creating guides to support the team and doing what she can to make sure her team is not overloaded while she was on leave.

Tanami Scaffold Team - Brendon Marshell, Shaun Davis, Casey Latham

The team were tasked with building a scaffold for another contractor on site. There were power lines near the work area. The team were not comfortable building the scaffold with power lines so close to the work area.
