Pipeline hits the mark

It has now been a couple of months since we launched our new resources portal, The Pipeline. Since then, there has been several people across our business making the most of having increased visibility of upcoming work and roles across our whole operations.

The Mining and Minerals Southern Region team have been working behind the scenes to bring this portal to life.

Operations Support Manager Frank Jackson said that the portal is a relatively simple concept which is already bringing clear benefits for both our people and internal processes.

“It is giving people the control to be able to plan their work and in turn their life,” he said.

“It’s also had great flow on benefits for our team by providing increased efficiency so we can focus more on having meaningful conversations with our people.” The team have been receiving positive feedback from users which gives further confidence around the functionality and benefits that the portal provides.

“A team member in South Australia shared with me that it’s been a great way to access all of our upcoming shutdown work. He found the page easy to navigate and said it has all the information he would want in one place,” Frank said.

“When you launch a platform, you believe you have thought of everything and that it will hit the mark. It’s nice to see that reaffirmed by our people.”
