As our 2026 Summer Vacation Program draws to a close, we caught up with our vacation students to hear more about their experience and what they’ve taken away from the past few months.
Over the program, students have worked alongside our teams across a range of projects, building practical skills, gaining real-world exposure and developing a deeper understanding of how Monadelphous operates. In the final week, they’ll step into the spotlight to present their learnings and reflections to senior leaders, managers, team members and fellow program participants.
We’re proud of the contribution they’ve made throughout the program and excited to see how these experiences shape their future career paths. Before they wrap up and head into their next chapter, let’s take five minutes with our 2026 vacation students.
