Working together, delivering results

I am pleased to announce that Inteforge was recently awarded a Teamwork Baton Award in recognition of an outstanding FY26 performance. This recognition reflects a year of strong results, impressive achievements and, most importantly, a team that consistently worked together to deliver for our customers and the business.

The team consistently delivered strong results across safety, quality and financial performance while continuing to strengthen relationships with clients, partners and fabrication yards across China and Vietnam. Their willingness to support other divisions, including M&IS and Kerman, throughout tendering and project execution activities reflects the collaborative culture and commitment to shared success that this award recognises.

There were plenty of highlights across the year. The team successfully delivered key projects including Eneabba, BHP TLO and RTIO BS1, continued to achieve excellent outcomes across the Skid Program and progressed the Skid Refurbishment Initiative. They also continued to invest in our future through graduate development, helping to build the next generation of leaders and technical specialists for our business.

FY26 also delivered some significant milestones for the team. The opening of the Valve Assembly and Leak Testing Laboratory strengthened our in-house capability and further enhanced the support we provide to major gas customers. The successful assembly and energisation of the BHP TLO SMART Module was another standout achievement, showcasing the full capability of the team and setting a new benchmark for what we can deliver from our module yard.

One achievement that deserves special recognition is Inteforge becoming the first company in Mainland China to achieve AS/NZS 5131:2016 Construction Category III (CC3) certification for structural steel fabrication. This is a significant accomplishment that reflects the quality, expertise and dedication of the team and is something everyone involved should be incredibly proud of.

The team has also continued to strengthen relationships with fabrication yards across China and Vietnam, creating opportunities for future growth while expanding our capability to support customers across a broader range of projects.

What stands out most to me is the way the team has approached every challenge throughout the year. Time and again they have backed each other, shared knowledge, supported other parts of the business and remained focused on delivering the right outcomes. The results speak for themselves, but it is the teamwork behind those results that makes this recognition so well deserved.

The Inteforge FY26 performance is a fantastic example of Monadelphous values in action and a reminder of what can be achieved when talented people work together toward a common goal.
