Celebrating 100 Days

We recently achieved a significant milestone at INPEX’s onshore processing facilities, reaching 100 business days of successful operations. The on-site celebration acknowledged the team's dedication and efforts since Monadelphous was awarded this scope to transition and execute the work.

Nicky Maxwell, M&IS Energy Onshore Delivery Coordinator, highlighted the significance of the milestone.

"We've achieved so much since adding the onshore maintenance services to our contract and can reflect on everything we have accomplished over 100 business days," Nicky said.

"Essentially, we've taken over a contract with circa 200 employees while setting up a new contract. We've had to hit the ground running and developed our team maturity rapidly."

It is an integral part of Monadelphous’ culture to recognise and celebrate behaviours and achievements that align with our core values. Teamwork, Achievement and Safety and Wellbeing are some of these values that the team has embodied throughout the transition, which has underpinned our success so far.

Monadelphous has a long and proud history of successful delivery for our customers, which was recognised by the inclusion of ILNG onshore maintenance into our existing contract. Over this 100-business-day period, our teams have been committed to developing strong relationships and delivering safely while our leaders have focused on embedding our strong culture.

All on-site employees and several INPEX leaders were invited to the celebration event, which featured a remarkable 1.5-metre-long cake baked by the site catering team, Bento, which received numerous compliments from attendees.

During the celebration, Rick Doyle, Site Manager, provided updates on achievements, including pleasing safety results, promotions, engagement with local Indigenous businesses, and completion of a roster review. Additionally, John Ledo, Superintendent, presented three Superintendent Awards to employees who exemplified Monadelphous values.

In what has been a relatively short period of time, we have seen around five per cent of our people being promoted – a fantastic result which demonstrates our commitment to our team. Looking ahead, the team is committed to continuing the delivery of outstanding results for customers and employees. We will continue to focus on project planning and delivery and hopefully offer more opportunities for our people to grow.

Congratulations to those individuals who were awarded and thank you to everyone who has played a part in achieving this milestone.
