Two big cheers for two big careers

Raff Fox and Steve Kuhn have hit two brilliant milestones, and the vibes around the office say it all.

Between Raff’s legendary fox hat and Steve’s wizard level mentoring skills, these two have shaped teams, lifted people up and kept projects moving through just about everything.

Steve marks fifteen years of service, and his story is impressive. Since joining in 2010, he has been a steady and trusted presence both on site and in the office.

He began as a Senior Project Engineer and grew through every challenge that came his way. By 2018 he had stepped into the Project Manager Fabrication role and continued to deliver on projects, tenders and submissions with his usual calm and thoughtful style.

Steve is well known as a committed family man and a mentor who always makes time to guide our Vacation and Graduate Engineers through their first steps in the industry.

Raff celebrates ten years with Monos, and what a journey it’s been! Many of us remember his early days back in 2010 when he arrived from New Zealand fresh out of university.

He headed straight to site, completed his grad passport and stepped into a Project Engineer role the following year.

After a run on major projects, he took some time overseas then returned in 2015 and kept climbing.

He led estimating teams, supported everyone in the North West and eventually stepped into his current Pre Contracts Manager role.

Raff brings excitement to every room he walks into and his loyalty to our people is seen daily, usually while he is juggling three phone calls at once.

Both Raff and Steve have made a huge contribution over the years, and these milestones are a great chance to recognise how far they have come.

Thank you to both of them for everything they bring to the business, and here is to many more years ahead.
