A message from Christer Hansen, Dec '22

Welcome to the December edition of The Insider, featuring news and highlights from across the Monadelphous business. 

2022 has been a particularly special year for us as we have celebrated half a century in operation. We have been fortunate to celebrate and acknowledge our hardworking and dedicated teams with events and activities in many of our regional locations.

As part of this milestone, a special anniversary book called “The First Fifty Years” has been created which you can also look through in this edition. This is a great snapshot of the Company’s history, with photos and stories from our early days – a good holiday read. 

Building on our strong foundations, we’re continuing to grow our presence and expand our service offering to new and existing customers – creating more diverse and interesting career opportunities in 2023. The outlook for next year is strong, with high demand for iron ore, lithium, rare earths and oil and gas.  

Keep an eye out for vacancies in the new year as we will be looking for experienced people to join us for exciting projects and maintenance work.

As we’ve grown as a business, our people remain at the heart of how we work and allow us to deliver what we promise.
