Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Hello everyone,

Firstly, I'm very proud to share that the M&IS Teamwork Baton has recently journeyed to Roxby Downs in South Australia, where it was awarded to our dedicated team at Olympic Dam. This award recognises their excellent customer service and celebrates an impressive milestone of over 365 days without a recordable injury. Congratulations on the great work Roxby team!

I’m also pleased to announce that the temporary suspension of our maintenance services at the Kemerton Lithium processing plant is over. We have a team back on site assisting our customer with various maintenance and industrial services.

In Kalgoorlie, our team recently dedicated time to assist a local school by providing new soccer goals. When the soccer goals at St Mary's Primary School became unsafe, our Kalgoorlie team promptly stepped in to ensure the children could continue pursuing their dreams on the field. It's great to see our teams take the initiative to help out their communities.

Across Monadelphous, we are proud of our ongoing commitment to contributing to the communities where we live and work, and looking after the environment. Each August, our teams participate in the Keep Australia Beautiful campaign, emphasising simple actions we all can take to lessen our environmental footprint. Thank you to everyone who was able to participate, including our Kalgoorlie and Bunbury teams who helped to clean up around Anzac Drive and Jetty Baths.

And finally, a massive round of applause goes out to our August Monos Moments winners. Remember, if you witness a 'Monos Moment', nominate a team or teammate who exemplifies our values, whether they're achievements big or small, at work or beyond.

Keep up the fantastic work, supporting each other every day and keeping yourself and others safe.

Paul
