Dan and his crew at the Roxby Downs fabrication workshop excelled in delivering large-scale projects ahead of schedule and under budget, enhancing team efficiency with innovative solutions during a crucial shutdown. Great job, Dan!

Caleb's attention to detail during the August Shutdown at Olympic Dam, ensuring all equipment was securely locked up at the end of every shift, reflects his high level of integrity and commitment to the team’s safety and success. Nice work, Caleb!
Bill Sloan – Safety & Risk Management
Bill exemplified a proactive approach to safety by completing the risk assessment for routine tasks and identifying additional risks that needed control. His efforts in ensuring the principle of safety as a priority and his ability to mitigate risks during workplace changes demonstrate a fine display of the 'Everyone Behaviour' down at Muja Collie.
Natasha Burn – Safety & Teamwork
Tash went above and beyond by assisting the Workforce Management Team in meeting Client compliance requirements for an audit. Her proactive approach and initiative in bridging the gap between the Client and workforce management teams have enhanced safety and teamwork values.
Cortney Godley – Teamwork, Loyalty, Safety, and Wellbeing
Always the first to reach out, Cortney shows genuine concern for her Southwest team's wellbeing, making sure to check in on them, and offer her assistance whenever needed.
Marcus Lovegrove – Teamwork
Marcus ensures every project is handled with exceptional care and collaboration. His involvement from the planning stage ensures that all team members at RTW are well-informed and that projects proceed smoothly, proving his dedication to his role.
Matthew Hissey – Safety Culture
Matthew has consistently contributed to our safety culture by submitting 12 significant safety positives over the last seven months. His proactive attitude towards safety has been a substantial asset to the Roxby Downs team.
Clinton Garnie – Achievement
Clinton's focus on customer relationships and his ability to bring in new customers while maintaining existing ones through clear communication and a positive approach has driven success for our customers, partners, and the team at RTW.
Jessica Perry – Integrity
Jess has been nominated for a Monos moment for her initiative in setting up a recycling process for all used safety glasses. This initiative continues our stride towards a sustainable future.
Each of these individuals has contributed to their respective fields and inspired their teams and peers through their commitment and dedication. A huge round of applause for their great work!
