Leonard takes out this month’s top spot for his exceptional commitment and work ethic. Leonard consistently tackles some of the most challenging and physically demanding cleanup and demobilisation tasks with minimal instruction and zero complaints. His ability to stay focused, deliver high-quality work, and maintain a positive attitude under tough conditions has earned recognition from both his team and the client. Leonard sets a great example of professionalism and perseverance, and his multiple nominations from the client says it all – well deserved, Leonard!

We also had an impressive list of nominations this month.

She took the lead on South32 project administration, creating detailed process notes and ensuring a smooth handover to the Southwest team. Her teamwork and dedication shine through in every task, a fantastic example of stepping up and supporting others.

Through creative problem-solving, detailed planning, and teamwork with the Bunbury workshop, the project was completed incident-free and right on time. A brilliant example of pulling together resources to deliver on our promises.
