Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Welcome to this month’s edition of Ramp Up.

I’d like to start by thanking everyone for their support and flexibility as we navigate our way through COVID. We have all shown great resilience as a team but recognised that we still have a few challenges ahead of us. Like always, I will continue to update you when I can but if you do have any specific questions please speak with your Supervisor or Line Manager.

It’s great to see that we continue to grow our employee base and feedback from our clients on our contract performance is positive. This is great news and sets us up to improve our scope of work on all of our contracts. Speaking of you may have seen in a recent ASX announcement that we have been awarded a two-year extension to an existing contract with Woodside Energy Ltd to provide maintenance, shutdown and brownfields project services at the Woodside-operated onshore and offshore gas production facilities in the north-west.

The contract, which is valued at approximately $150 million per annum (subject to the final work scope required each year), is an extension to the original five-year contract agreed in 2017. Congratulations to everyone who is involved, it is your hard work and dedication that has given our client confidence to renew their agreement.

At the beginning of the month, we launched our 2023 Graduate and Vacation Programs. If you know someone looking to kick start their career in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting or HSE we would love to hear from you. You can submit your referral via the Avature portal or email graduates@monadel.com.au. For more information on the Graduate Program please visit monosgrads.com.au/graduates.

Now onto this edition of Ramp Up. We profile long-term employee Anthony Rudd, hear about our success in the last performance management period, and get an update from our Industrial Services team on some recent investment in equipment. We also have a re-cap on International Women’s Day and hear what is installed for the year as we celebrate 50 years of operation.

Until next time, please stay safe.

Doug.
