Leadership Updates
1 Minute Read

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another edition of The Pipeline.

As we continue through the year, it has been great to see the commitment and dedication of our people across the business. Whether it’s delivering for our clients, supporting our teams, or looking for ways to improve how we work, the efforts of our people continue to make a difference.

At Olympic Dam, we recently announced some leadership changes to support the continued growth and success of our operations. Congratulations to Zach Lynch on his appointment as Branch Manager, with Tom Carling stepping into the role of Mine End Superintendent and Jamie Miteff taking on the position of Electrical Superintendent. Projects Superintendent Brendon Lehmann will also take on broader responsibilities, supporting new opportunities across Olympic Dam and our South Australian operations.

To further support the site, the Roxby Downs Operations portfolio will now report directly to Operations Support Manager Scott Lawrence. These changes recognise the capability within our teams and position us well for the future.

This month also marks five years since RTW officially became part of Monadelphous. Since joining the Group in July 2021, the RTW team has continued to grow, taking on new opportunities and strengthening the reputation they have built across Western Australia’s South West and beyond. Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to this success over the past five years, and thank you for the important role you continue to play within Monadelphous.

In this edition, we catch up with the RTW team in the latest episode of the M&IS podcast, Torque It Up, learn more about Senior Management Accountant Tim Hall’s career journey, hear about Peter Scally’s experience supporting the Bright Futures STEM Program in Kalgoorlie. We also celebrate 20 years of Monos with Aristotle, reflect on our NAIDOC Week celebrations across Monadelphous, and welcome our new winter interns.

Thank you to everyone for your continued hard work and commitment. I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together over the months ahead.

Cheers,

Paul
